The old growth giants and the old rocks, with wind-tunneled features like cave drawings only the initiate might understand, reflect a bygone era before man destroyed most natural places of music and beauty. In the cry of the falcon on the hillside and the sound of the water on the rocks is the key to understanding and appreciating all nature as musical matrix of divine beauty.
The salamanders still play here, protected from the ravages of man's civilization and noisy world below the clouds. Would you like to be one of the chosen few accepted into the College of Synthesis first Model project? There will be a lottery drawing of anyone who submits their name and email address for attendance at the first core Project Module to be launched in July, 2010. There is a required registration fee of ten dollars (non-refundable but tax-deductible), for entry into the lottery. There will also be a one-time tuition payment of 1000 dollars to cover one week of this intensive, organic vegan food and a three story tree house lodging are included in this fee. Thanks! P. S. All those who wish to attend must send in their ten dollar donations via snail mail, or donate on the web page and email your contact information. No credit checks are required, and there will be no criteria to eliminate any prospective student except they must be able to climb steep trails, because these old trees only survived because they were growing so steeply on rocks. This will be a summer internship, and it can get hot in the mountains of Santa Cruz, although the summer heat often pulls in the fog, and then it can be cold. No amenities are provided except alternative mountain living, so only those who can go naturally may attend.
