Moderator, one of the ROLES, in the WORD: T E A M S. The MODERATOR keeps the TEAM moving forward (without being pushy) keeps us on timeline. Each person on the TEAMS chooses their own ROLE, COLOR-CODED, but each person is only in charge of a Step. All work together under the guidance of the ROLE leader for that step. Every member is valued. TEAMS SPIRIT is more important than competition. STEPS=BE SMART!
