Rushing rivers, sounding Awareness
pounding, crushing, all illusions
All a man does,
Zion cries it
Secret of Power
Conscious acceptance
Centers the Life Breath
Centering in Love
Is every Plane
Our breath together,
perfume warm
harm no living thing
Except to eat and
In all things,
Giving thanks
12 seconds of attention
Withdraw from senses
Chant the tone
mind absorption in Spirit
Attent to posture
Grandfather spirit sought you at dawning
did you hear
the trumpet calling?
